REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON) – WA State Legislation passed an addendum allowing notaries with a digital endorsement to perform notarial acts on online. An encrypted virtual meeting room will be provided to perform a notarial act to ensure security.

You will need internet access to Google Chrome or Safari browser.
You will need a smartphone or computer with a webcam to receive a link via text or email message and upload a photo of your ID. You must have a valid Government-issued ID and Social Security Number to be eligible for RON.
AUTHENTICATION
At the beginning of the online session, each signer will undergo an ID verification process and knowledge-based authentication. Signers cannot complete these processes and cannot proceed to the online notarization session.

Rest assured that your notary will handle your documents with complete confidentiality as you have them notarized from the convenience of your home or office.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) fee - $25 per notarial act, and another notary acts are $15 per person.
Document Setup Fee - $10.00 accepting the document, inserting fillable form fields, and signature tags for identity and certification purposes is part of the setup fee.
Requests for modification of documents 6 hours after the accepted appointment will incur an additional $15 modification fee. Less than 6 hours notice is automatically charged an additional $25.
